Product Detail :	Supply of design, manufacturing, supply ,installation , commissioning and prove out of coach lifting system with under floor lifting plant and car body stand 1.design, manufacture, supply, installation, integrated testing commissioning and proving out offully automatic pit jacks with underfloor coach lifting system. it includes all the accessories/equipments andother concomitant accessories/equipment, which the manufacturer considers essential to make the machinefully operational, when installed and commissioned. it shall also include installation and commissioning of relatedequipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technicaldocumentation. the requirement of any utility etc.should be clearly indicated by the tenderer in the offer.details ofthe requirement will be as per attached specification appended with this tender. this shall also include supply oftools and spares as defined in clause 16 &17.2 & 17.3 of annexure-specifications .performing the entire civilfoundation work, including reinforcement and other structural aspects related to the pit jack are not under thescope of pit jack supplier. however, any special materials required for grouting/foundation or interconnectionshall be supplied by the contractor along with the instruction to use.essential spares spares for two years normal operation and maintenance as per annexurea(clause 17.1) of specifications(annexure) appended with this tender. bidders are required to attach the pricebreak up of these accessories in pdf file along with submitted bid.
