Supply of single section digital axle counter (ssdac)
supply of single section digital axle counter (ssdac) with two detection points with resetarrangement and vital relay box as per rdso/spn/177/2012 ver. 03 (1) each set consists of following (a) highfrequency tx coil and rx coil (each set consists of web mounting type tx coils-2 nos. rx coils-2 nos.along with10 mtr cable-2 sets). (b) track side digital axle counter unit - 2 nos. (c) 24 v 6f/4b,1000 ohms q type relay boxduly wired- 2 nos. (d) clamp with deflector plates and hard ware etc.- 4 nos. (e) reset box- 2 nos. (f)mushroom/location box suitable for hosing track side equipment.-2 nos (2) transportation,installation,testing &commissioning of equipment field training (one man per set) at site or as desired by site engineer.these include(a)foundation & erection of track side equipment i.e. mushroom/location box if required.this includes supply ofassociated material. (b)individual earthling of all detection points for oem recommended earth value certified byoem site engineer.this includes supply & installation of maintenance fee earth materials and exothermicbonding and other connecting cable etc.as per railway practice (as per rdso spec. no-rdso/spn/197/2008resetting equipment to be connected to ei ring earth.(c) installation to be carried out by oem certified engineer.(3) tool kit consists of -(a) digital true rms multi meter of suitable make for above digital axle counter systemwith probe set- 1 no. (b)train simulator (high frequency)- 1 no. (c)extender card- 1 no. (d)dummy wheel- 1 no.(e) different types of spanners suitable for the above digital axle counter- 1 set.
