auction sale of Pway Scrap (null) - Rail 60 kg US above 1 meter Remarks - Kacha/Pakka Road available. Delivery during dry seasons . Delivery involves lifting of Rails by hydra and shift to loading point which is 50 meters away from lot. No wear and tear has been provided for any scrap rails. Delivery will be made on sectional weight per meter basis only . Quantity is physically available. Lot no. has been painted on the lot. Actual measurement painted on each rail in meter . Cutting of Rail above 6meters is allowed for easy transportation . Stockholder will be fully responsible for any addition,deletion,alteration and variation comes in the lot after Joint Lot Inspection. Dunnages as per SS11 are included in lot and to be delivered . 1 rail of 52kg mentioned at Sr.No. 2 not in lot and 4 nos 60 kg Tongue Rails not in lot and not to be delivered. . Purchaser is strictly advised to personally visit the site from the point of delivery/loading of rails before bidding.No claim will be entertained after sale of Lot . Only measured rails mentioned in SS11, Qty and R/M as mentioned in Joint Inspection Report and DO only to be delivered. Fist plates/joggle fish plates/glued joints and other fittings are to be returned to the stockholder . The quantity as per SS11 has been amended to 28.900 MTs from 29.197 MT and R/M to 481.59 from 486.61. SSE(PWay)Pen will make necessary corrections in Qty. and R/M on TMS . The purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any other railway roperty/facility/equipment?s whether due to his negligence or otherwise . The purchaser shall be responsible if there is any interference with the railway working due to his negligence or otherwise . The purchaser will be responsible for the safety of his labours and other staff in railway premises during the process of cutting and loading of rails . LOT IS OK FOR SALE ON ABOVE OBSERVATIONS.
