(iii) relay rack with due locking and sealing arrangement as per rdso drg no. rdso/s/32018 including all relays andwiring as wiring diagram as per rdso drg no. rdso/s/32018 with latest amdt. and supply of all type of relays (iv) block telephone with accessoriesas per rdso spec no. rdso/spn/191/2006, qty-2nos. with all type lighting protection and inbuilt automatic media change over with voice, and darkfiber port.supply installation and commissioning of block proving by axle counter (bpac) using block panel andufsbi for double line operation as per rdso specification no. irss-105/2012 (ver.0) with latest version and amdt.each set consisting of the following - (i) universal fail safe block interface for double line as per rdso spec.no. irss105/2012 (ver.0) or latest. it shall comprise of auto changeover facility for quad and ofc workingnecessary modem for quad and ofc should be supplied along with auto changeover arrangement . qty=2 nos (ii)block panel complete with all accessories as per rdso drg. no. rdso/s/32017 with latest amdt. qty= 02 nos. (ii)relay rack with due locking and sealing arrangement as per rdso/s/32018 including relays for each relay rack(qn1-19 nos, qna1-07 nos, ql1- 02 nos, and timer-01 no) qty 02 nos. (iv) block telephone with accessories as per rdsospec no. rdso/spn/191/2006 ( the block phone should work without any inerruption after auto changeover) qty.-02 nos. (v) supply of reliability improvement kit suitable to work with ufsbi as per rdso/spn/147/2005 or latest. itcomprises (a) automatic media changeover of modems working on redundant channels for data transmissionon ofc/quad qty. 01 pair, (b) secondary modem for ufsbito use with secondary media ofc/quad= 01 pair ,(c) type cand d power line ( vf2 ac/dc= 02 nos v20c/3ph 150v 02 nos) & data line spd ( mdp 4d/5t- 02 nos) comprising suitable towork with 01 pair ufsbi= 01 set, (d) power monitor & soft start unit pmss= 01 pair including installation andcommissioning.supply, installation testing and commissioning of block proving by digital axle counter(bpac) usingufsbi for single line operation as per rdso specn. no irs/s/105/20129 (ver.0) it comprises of auto change overfacility for quad and ofc working. necessary modem for quad and ofc should be supplied along with autochangeover arrangement details are as follows. (i) universal fail safe block interface (ufsbi) with completeaccessories as per rdso specn no, irs/s/104/2012 (ii) block panel as per rdso s-32019 (iii) relay rack with lockingand sealing arrangement duly wired as per rdsos32020 along with complete relays. (iv) block telephone withaccessories as per rdso/spn/191/2005. (v) automatic media changeover along with additional modem as permanufactures specification for bpac using ufsbi(item no i) for supply of above items. unit will be in setconsisting of 02 nos of each items. |
