* Stiffener plate of front carrier plate for AAR-H-type CBC with BDG as per Drg. No. RDSO/CG/D RG/24034, alt-1.Note- The item should be painted with ROZC as per IS 2074 followed by two coats of synt hetic enamel paint with DFT up to 160 micron as per IS8662 (Color Green). 100% hardness measurement of stiffener plate to be carried out. Stiffener plate with hardness value above 245 BHN to be rejected.For th e stiffener plates meeting the above hardness criteria, 10% destructive testing [lot wise] to be carried out t o ascertain the chemical composition and adequacy of heat treatment. [ Warranty Period 30 Months aft er the date of delivery ] ]
