supply of digital axle counter for the specified detection points andtrack sections as per rdso specification rdso/spn/176/2013 (ver.3), for msdac with latest amendment or specification, complete set consisting of central evaluator /processor, vital relays for each track section, track site unit with detection point complete assembly & fixing arrangement for each detection point, clamps deflectors for either side of each detection points, monitoring console and a reset box/boxes for resetting each track section. it also includes all the materials necessary for installation of msdac at kjn station. [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]installation and commissioning of central evaluator- installation , wiring, testing and commissioning of one multi section digital axle counters indoors set comprising of processors/central evaluators for section/station/relay hut along with supply and installation of maintenance free earthing if required for processors/central evaluators including its associated indoor equipment and wiring of the same to be integrated with existing ei/pi/auto ei/local signalling circuits (one msdac set comprises of system fully wired and equipped for 10 dp and 9 ts as detailed in annexure a.(payment will be made for the actual quantity installed by the firm). [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]installation and commissioning of detection point- installation and commissioning of detection point installation of complete assembly of track device unit for entry or exit and track side electronic equipment along with supply and installation of maintenance free earthing if required (as detailed in annexure a) with all materials for fixing the track devices, taking the cable lead through anti rodent,anti oxidant and non flammable propagating type dwc pipe as per is 14930 part i or ii or latest from track device to location box/mushroom and terminating it terminals including digging of trench under track upto location/track side unit.(all materials required for installation of above equipment are to be supplied by the firm). please refer special conditions in annexure-a for details.(rate to be quoted per dp)(payment will be made for the actual quantity installed by the firm) (01 number=01 dp) [ warranty period 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]supply of multi section digital axle counter(msdac) system including axle detectors, track side electronics, mushroom /tljb, central evaluators, reset unit ,relay unit with final track clearance relay, event logger, diagnostic terminal, tool kits ,line verification box for each track section/ supervisory track section including all oem racks/accessories fully wired and equipped with 10 detection points and 09 tracksections as per rdso specification no. rdso/spn/176/2013 (ver.3) or latest. inbuilt cable length of all tx/rx shall be up to 15 meter length (rate to be quoted per msdac set of 10 dp/9 ts. the cost of diagnostic terminal/evaluation software/tool kit, training and manual etc. as per quantity mentioned in annexure a is to be added on pro rate basis).
