Provision of New Storeroom and Help Desk at MLCP Ground floor, Providing and fixing Gypsum board partitions from ground level up to 4.3 M. Partiton to be made of 50 x 25 mm Aluminium box section framework at every 600mm c/c and to be strengthened appropriately with anchor fasteners to the slab soffit and the civil walls at the ends. Note that the gypsum board partition are to be sturdy enough to hold the aluminium framework. The Gypsum board partition to be paneled with 2x12.5mm gypsum board on both sides of the framework. All joints and gaps to be sealed with Joint tape to make the partition airtight and including 50 mm Glass wool, Brick works 230 mm using bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar of mix 14 (1 cement 4 M-sand) including, supply of all materials and labour raking joints, curing etc. complete and including scaffolding charges Plastering Lintel Concrete Painting Shifting and installing the existing overhead storage from E block 2nd Floor to proposed MLCP GF along with Supply and fixing of the 16 sets of handles and 16 nos of lock and keys etc. Providing and fixing of the louvers glass, Size 600mm x100 mm pinned glass design finish.
